Back in 2007, renowned music journalist and singer/songwriter Paul Zollo had written a Halloween song he thought would be perfect for his old friend Bob Malone, and had a big pile of cassette tapes from the hours of interviews he had done with Tom Petty for his bestselling "Conversations with Tom Petty" book. So he grabbed a tape at random and recorded a demo of the tune, taping over about 4 minutes of TP interview.

Bob: "wait, you recorded this over your only copy of a Tom Petty interview?!"
Zollo: "I already finished the book!"

Anyway, it was a great song, and this little EP was born. Featuring the single, an unedited version of the single with an extended piano solo (ripping!), and Bob's own "So What If It's Halloween" from his 2005 "Born Too Late" album - this is what you want to reach for when you've had all the Monster Mash you can take.
